Boca Powers Through Chiefs

The Chiefs came into Friday night looking for their first victory after a 0-5 record to start the season. Boca Raton came into the game 4-0 and were looking to remain undefeated this season. The Chiefs fell behind early to the Bobcats  and could never get going offensively, losing the game 37-0.

In the first quarter, Boca Raton got off to a hot start going up 14-0, in result off two early Chiefs turnovers. The Chiefs were unable to get anything going offensively.The Chiefs trailed the Bobcats 14-0 at the end of the first quarter.

In the second quarter, the Chiefs were able to slow down the Bobcat’s high powered offense. The Chiefs however, were unable to capatlize on a couple drives in the second quarter. The Bobcats were able to put 7 on the board.The Chiefs trailed the Bobcats at halftime 21-0.

Coming out of halftime, the Bobcats were forced to punt after the Chiefs forced a three and out. The Bobcats were able to score another touchdown, making the score 28-0 after another Chiefs turnover. The Chiefs trailed the Bobcats 28-0 as time expired in the third quarter.

The Chiefs were able to seize an interception by senior Miguel Ebersold. The Chiefs however, could not capitalize. The Bobcats were able to score another touchdown and make a safety in the fourth quarter. As the final seconds expired, the game ended 37-0.
