The Chiefs are poised and grinding towards turning a new leaf in the name of the Santaluces girls basketball program.

These girls have worked hard all summer to get to this point. Countless practices and conditioning all leading to this moment. They will look to improve from four victories last season.

The team looks ready and prepared for a chance to play basketball, let’s cheer the Chiefs on as they look to get on a hot streak early.

The first home game will be against Berean Christian School, November 15th. Junior Autumn Hallyburton chimed in on this upcoming season.

“The team is working at the absolute hardest we can day in and day out,” Hallyburton said. “We want to be the best team on campus.”

Prediction:

I predict the Chiefs to go 8-17, not including tournaments.
