Boys Soccer Nets a Win

The Chiefs came into Friday night looking to grab their first victory on the season, after a 0-2-2 start to the season. The Chiefs defeated John I Leonard 3-1 in the match. Senior Miguel Ebersold, junior Renzo Villalobos, and sophomore Andy Davens each scored a goal.
The Chiefs took an early 2-0 lead, and never looked back. Defensively, senior goal keeper Harold Alfaro and senior Rich Zephirin made crucial plays, contributing to the surrender of only 1 goal.
Senior Michael Goldman weighed in on the game.
“We played great on both sides,” Goldman said. “now we just go forward from there.”
