“My favorite thing to do is play softball. I play varsity softball here at Santaluces. I love being out on the field and playing the sport I love. I play second base, outfield and I’m a pitcher. I started playing when I was 9 years old and I fell in love with it. When I was 10 years old I won the state championship with the Caloosa Park Cougars. That was a great day, probably my favorite day so far. I love the team work when it comes to playing a sport, I think its great. Last year after the softball season here at Santaluces ended, I helped start a travel team with all the girls here. We have been practicing a lot and we are a lot better than last year, those others schools better get ready.”
