“I’m a junior at Santaluces. I’m in the school’s football team and have been playing since Freshman year. I started on the Freshman team and worked my way up to becoming a captain for the Varsity team. Although football is my entire life, I practice other sports. I’m in weightlifting and track. However, I take my academic classes pretty seriously. Next year, I expect to have a not so hectic schedule. I want to be able to balance my classes along with my many sports. I also want to create new high school experiences. I still can’t believe that my high school years are almost over. When I graduate I want to have no regrets. So, for my Senior year I want to go to every school event and just enjoy the last of it.”
