Earlier this month, I had the pleasure of interviewing a friend of mine, Nora Theophile. She is currently a senior at Santaluces High School. She is a driven, focused student who does her part everyday. She is a member of multiple clubs including the National Art Honor Society, National Science Honor Society, and National Honor Society. She does all of this while maintaining great grades, and is overall a great student. In this interview, I asked about her current school life and her plans after graduation.
1.) What grade are you currently in?
“I’m in the 12th grade currently.”
2.) Are you currently in any clubs? If so, which ones are you in?
“I participate in NHS, SNHS, Best Buddies, and NAHS.”
3.) What is your favorite memory here at this school?
“Meeting my new friends from last year, the spirit weeks, and having laughs with the friends I made in my classes.”
4.) If you could go back to your freshman year, what would you change?
“I would’ve transferred to santaluces instead of transferring in 10th.”
5.) What do you plan to do after high school?
“I plan to go to University for Accounting, get my CPA, and possibly aim for higher education.”
6.) What is your current favorite class?
“Currently, my favorite class is AICE Psychology.”
7.) What is your absolute favorite subject?
“My favorite subject is history.”
8.) Is there any advice you would give to incoming freshmen?
“Work hard, study hard, and just make sure you keep up with your grades and don’t fall behind.”
