1. Don’t F**k With Cats

True crime television has made a major comeback in the past few years. Netflix mini series like Tiger King, Making a Murderer, The Confession Killer, and many more have gripped audiences in the past few years. In my opinion, Don’t F**k With Cats is the most interesting and well-made Netflix original series in a long time. The show focuses on a group of amateur online detectives who dive into the dark world of a mystery murderer. The series slowly but surely reveals one bombshell after another. Watching the methodical mystery unfold is a viewing experience everyone should see.

2. The Guernsey Literary and Potato Peel Pie Society

The Guernsey Literary and Potato Peel Pie Society is a Netflix original that was released in 2018. The film is based on a book about a young English author who comes into contact with members of a book club started on the German-occupied island of Guernsey. Starring Lily James and Michiel Huisman, the film is both a touching love story and a haunting depiction of the fallout of war. Those who are fans of historical drama will also appreciate the setting and atmosphere created during this film. The Guernsey Literary and Potato Peel Pie Society is an interesting and emotional watch that many audiences will enjoy.

3. My Mad Fat Diary

In the midst of this pandemic, practically everyone has the time to binge-watch a few television shows. I felt like I should include my favorite TV show on this list in the hopes that some people will add it to their binge-watch list. My Mad Fat Diary is a British comedy/drama series on Hulu. The show focuses on 16-year-old Rae who’s just been released from the hospital after a mental breakdown. She must cope with her intense body issues and the new relationships she finds herself in. My Mad Fat Diary also addresses countless issues that teenagers face in helpful and realistic ways. Audiences of all kinds should be sure to include My Mad Fat Diary on their binge-watch list.
