5 Musicians to Watch in 2016

2015 has been an eventful year for music and musicians of all genres. Many underground artists are on the rise, releasing their first music videos, albums and even singles.

Here are a few musicians to keep your eye on for 2016:

Bea Miller: As a past contestant on the hit TV show X-Factor, Miller has made her mark as one of the best teen pop artists of the moment. She currently has one album released and a hit single “Fire N Gold,” which has made more than 10 million views on youtube.

Bryson Tiller: This heartthrob has taken the teen world by storm with his album Trap Soul. Many of his songs are about relationships and the treatment of women, which has led to more girls to listening to his music. Tiller’s hit single, “Don’t,” has surpassed 18 million views on youtube.

Kehlani: Not only did Kehlani drop one of the hottest albums in the summer, but this America’s got talent star has recently been nominated for a Grammy. This pop and R&B singer has been on the rise ever since her hit single “The Way” made its way to the internet world.

Noname Gypsy: One of Chicago’s hottest female rappers has been on the rise ever since her features with famous rapper Chance the Rapper. She started out rapping and reciting poetry in 2010, but 2016 is definitely going to be the year that she makes her mark.

Jacquie Lee: This past contestant on the hit TV show The Voice has been an 18 year old sensation ever since she was signed to Atlantic Records. Her soulful voice is taking a strong hold on the hearts of many teens.
