Do you enjoy a nice delicious cupcake or snack every now and then, but are conscious of what’s going in your body once you take a bite? Do you regret having a yummy slice of chocolate cake, a brownie bite, a chocolate chip cookie, or a red velvet cupcake? How about chocolate milk, super caffeinated coffee, or juice?

If you said yes to any of the questions above, you’ll be glad to hear that there’s a healthier alternative to tasty pastries. In Boynton Beach Florida, there’s a family owned and staffed bakery. It’s called Heavenly Sensitive Sweets. It’s a small bakery nestled in between the stores of the Canyon Town Center plaza.

The staff is dedicated to baking mouthwatering pastries for those who take into consideration what they’re eating. Heavenly Sensitive Sweets provide pastries that are non-GMO, gluten free, nut free, and dairy free. Aside from that, all the ingredients used are certified organic. There are also options for those who lead a vegan life style. They have organic vegan empanadas, and homemade gluten free vegan potato and chick pea salad. They have organic cold brew coffee that’s made with flax milk, sweetened by dates, has hints of vanilla, and a sprinkle of water instead of regular milk.

When you order your food, the cashier worker will put your pastry on a white squared plate. There are tables inside and outside of the bakery. The center pieces on the table are small glass vases filled with real pink, yellow and green flowers. I had a sample of a brownie bite, a chocolate chip cookie and ordered a red velvet cupcake for dinning in. The staff workers were attentive to my needs and offered to bring me whatever else I wanted. I recommend this small bakery to everyone, even if they don’t always follow a healthy diet. The staff was considerate, and the pastries were full of great flavor despite the ingredients.
