Crowded with people of all ages and artwork of all kinds, this year’s Lake Worth Street Painting Festival once again featured the work of Santaluces students in the Visual Arts Academy.

The theme this year was movies and TV series, and the artwork was done by 80 students, including alumni. Of the many squares painted across the city streets, 21 were done by students of Santaluces. From Disney characters to Scarface, the tradition of Chiefs participating in the festival has been going on for the last six years, said photography teacher and National Art Honor Society adviser Ms. Ardner.
