Hidden Gems: Disney’s Swan and Dolphin Resort

December 10, 2018

Disney is home to many theme parks and hotels, all of which hold unique properties that set it apart from the rest.

The Swan and Dolphin are just a couple of these unique hotels that Walt Disney World houses. Not technically owned by Disney, these resorts still hold many of the magical amenities that can be found in all of the other hotels on the Disney World property.

One of the greatest amenities that this property holds is its several ways of transport. Anyone can take a bus to any of the parks or take a boat to Epcot and Hollywood Studios. Feel like walking? You can do that too, with Epcot and Hollywood Studios both close by.

Both of the hotels close proximity to everything is truly what makes this resort special. Disney’s boardwalk is right by, with several food options for anyone and plenty of spots to sit and watch the fireworks nightly.

The modern feel of the newly remodeled rooms are a must see. These rooms feel clean and give you a great view of Walt Disney World, especially when on a higher floor in the Dolphin (which I HIGHLY recommend).

The Dolphin also houses several restaurants for anyones taste. One of the best that the hotel offers is a little restaurant called The Fountain, which serves delicious ice cream and sundaes for anyones taste.

To top it all off, this hotel is truly affordable. Compared to hotels surrounding its central location, it’s a bargain year round.

All of these attributes of the resort truly make this resort a hidden gem.
