Weekend Wanderings: Hoffman’s Wonderland

Nicole Kalpin, Staff Writer

Hoffman’s Chocolate is celebrating its 40th anniversary this year. For the Holiday season, the popular chocolate shop is hosting a Winter Wonderland.

The walk itself is free, but the hot chocolate, ice cream, and anything else other than the entrance to the garden must be paid for.

Not only did Hoffman’s set up Christmas lights, but the shop set up Chanukah lights as well for the local Jewish population. On December 8th, Hoffman’s will host a celebration for the lighting of the menorah in honor of Chanukah.

I found the whole setup to be dazzling, if not a little too much for myself to handle. The lights were just amazing. Although the garden was packed with families, it was still a smooth travel throughout. What about the hot chocolate? So worth the wait.
