It’s finally spring break and I’m extremely ready for it. Don’t get me wrong, I love school [for the most part], it’s just my brain is fried and I definitely need time to recharge. Most people are going away on fun trips and college tours, but I unfortunately am not going to be one of them.

My spring break is going to be pretty uneventful as I’ll just be lounging around the house for a majority of the time. Knowing all the AICE and AP testing starts in a month, I’m going to try to start my studying, especially for APUSH since I need to go all the way back in time to the 1600s. I have one definite plan for break and that’s a birthday party on saturday for my girl Alayna.

I would like to for sure go to a nature center or a part of the everglades to try and get some wildlife photos, mostly those of the avian kind. I haven’t gotten the chance to take pictures of birds in a long time and I’m having some withdrawals. The past couple of weeks I’ve been seeing a allusive Belted kingfisher- the only species of kingfisher in Florida- flying around the canal in my backyard. I’m making it my goal to get a picture of him since kingfishers are my favorite birds and it’s the first time I’ve actually seen one in person.

The beach is always a must do for break which is why it’s always ridiculously crowded and crazy. I’m going to try to go, though I’ll be going extremely early to get a good spot.

I’m going to try and see some movies over break so that me and Alayna can do some more chief critique reviews. Our first on our list to go see is Captain Marvel, so be ready for a review on that once we come back.
