Varsity Basketball Dominates Lake Worth High School

The game started off slow with both teams scoring continuously. As the game progressed, the crowd began to cheer as it intensified. Santaluces was fighting to the end of the game. Trojans kept getting fouls as the Chief players continued to make their shots. The first turnover happened when Lake Worth High tied the game after the 4th quarter with the score of 60-60.

The game went to an overtime for four minutes. The scores were going back and forth and each crowd stood up from their seats in the bleachers, cheering for their school. Ten seconds in the first overtime, Lake Worth got the lead and then, Santaluces High player Chance Dixon made two three-pointers, gaining the lead once again. After the second overtime, Santaluces maintained the lead until Lake Worth High once again tied the game 72-72 for the 3rd overtime. With the series of offensive fouls by the Trojans, the game ended with the Chiefs winning the game with a score of 86-77.
