10th Annual Art Show

Santaluces’ 10th Annual Art Show will be on Thursday, April 11th and will be held from 6:00-8:30 pm in the 4000 building. Students in Photography, Digital Design, Draw/Paint, and AICE Digital Media & Design will be showcasing their artwork for everyone to view.

Over the past few weeks, students have been working very hard to prepare for the show and make sure their artwork is ready to be displayed. “The students have created an art show plan and they have worked to bring it to life. We have a lot of new things in store this year and we are excited to execute those and see how it all turns out,” said photography teacher, Ms. Ardner.

Each class will have their artwork displayed in their designated classrooms and AICE and AP concentrations will be showcased throughout the halls of the 4000 building. Murals, t-shirts and many other exciting projects will be shown as well.

Students are looking forward to this event and have been working very hard on their art. “Ms. Ardner has had us very focused on what we need to do for the show so I am very excited to see my work displayed and see how people feel about it,” said junior Isabella Botero.

Teachers and students with I.D’s and children under the age of 12 will get in for free. Anyone over the age of 12 will be charged $5. Snacks will be available for sale as well as select artwork.
