AA Degree

According to Palm Beach State College, an Associate of Arts degree (AA) contains 60-hour general education courses, which are provided in the picture on the right. It is taken at community colleges at an affordable rate compared to taking those classes in university. It is even done for free if taken through Dual Enrollment.

Associate in Science Degree

On the other hand, the Associate in Science degree is more specifically targeted to a certain career path. This degree is typically achieved in 2 years which allows those who obtain it to start their desired career right away. Palm Beach State has links to these programs which are shown on the right.
