My name is Enrique Ginnari and this year I decided to step out of my comfort zone and join newspaper. I am a participant in the culinary academy and it has gotten me to love cooking, whether it is a recipe as simple as chocolate chip cookies, or one as complicated as traditional ratatouille. Along with cooking, I have multiple hobbies in my life to keep me busy, such as video games and skateboarding. They have a special place in my heart, but something not many people know about me is that I like to revisit old movies and understand pop culture from generations before us. I’m also a first generation immigrant from Venezuela, and I am working hard to influence the others around me in a positive way everyday.
