“My favorite memory had to of been two summers ago when I was in Hawaii visiting my brother Sean with my dad and other brother Taylor. We went to a waterfall in the woods. It was our last day there and we thought we should do something we had never done before, so we decided to jump off the waterfall. It took Taylor two seconds to jump off and same for Sean. My dad took about ten tries and wasted lots of video memory because we thought each time was going to be the time he jumped. Me on the other hand, I was a chicken. It took me about twenty minutes before I jumped off but not until Taylor came up to hold my hand and jumped off with me. It was so awesome and one of the best times and places I think I’ve ever experienced. Couldn’t have imagined a better trip. The island is beautiful and the memories you make are unforgettable.”

Hi, my name is Haley and I am a senior this year at Santaluces. This is my first year on The Tribe and I'm excited to share my ideas with the school. I've been on the varsity swim team for four years and the varsity wrestling team for three years. This past year I came in 3rd place at the Florida Girls States for wrestling at the 106 lb weight class. It was my first time competing at Girls States and I was shocked to see how many girls were actually competing in the tournament. I can't wait to see what this upcoming wrestling season has in stored for me and hope to be able to return to the Florida Girls States to grab the 1st place title. When I'm not at practice, I usually spend my time going to the beach and going on adventures with my friends. I love the ocean and marine life, which is why I'm excited to further my education at a university to study marine biology.
