Homecoming Week:

October 14, 2013 – Monday: Twin Day/ Powderpuff game

October 15, 2013 – Tuesday: Spirit Day/ Pep rally

October 16, 2013 – Wednesday: Decade Day

October 17, 2013 – Thursday: Jersey Day

October 18, 2013 -Friday: No School

This year’s Homecoming theme is Space Glow. The SGA, or Student Government Association, is planning to cover the gym with planets, glow in the dark paint, and blacklights.

Homecoming dance tickets start at $25 and increase $5 every week. Ticket sales begin this week on September 30, 2013 during 1st and 2nd lunches in front of the Little Theatre and Lecture Hall. Each ticket includes a free ticket to the Homecoming football game.

If you intend to attend the Homecoming dance you must fill out and return the Homecoming contract which is given out with your tickets. There is also an orange paper available for people who wish to bring people who do not attend Santaluces to the dance.

The Homecoming game and Homecoming dance will both happen on Thursday, October 17. Students will go to the game first and after the game ends there will be about an hour before the dance starts so students can go home and change.

For those who want to be in the Homecoming Court:

1) Get as many teachers as possible to nominate you by sending an email to Ms. Monahan(The SGA adviser).

2) Ms. Monahan will send all nominations to administration to be evaluated to check if you are a suitable representation of our school.

3) 1 pair of strudents will be selected for grades 9th-11th. 2 pairs of students will be slected for 12th grade.

4) Winners will be announced during the halftime of the Homecoming game.
