Today at Santaluces, Palm Beach State College came by to visit. They gave students instructions on how to and why to dual enroll. If you missed today’s session, but still want to dual enroll, here are some tips.
Before meeting with your school counselor, you must have a 3.0 GPA. (If you are an upcoming freshman, you must have a 3.5 GPA, and if you are a future early admit, you must have a 3.2 GPA.) You must also have college-ready test scores and have applied to PBSC as a dual enrollment student. Finally, you must watch the Dual Enrollment information session. For the summer term, you MUST meet with your counselor before Wednesday, May 1st,Ā and for the fall term, the deadline to meet is Wednesday, May 22nd.
