After much anticipation, Lil Uzi Vert has finally teased his new album, Eternal Atake 2. This album had been anticipated ever since he dropped the first addition to it, Eternal Atake, on March 6, 2020. It was received very well, with everyone hyping up the album and now referring to it as a classic from the quarantine days.
Lil Uzi Vert first posted on Instagram revealing the album’s cover art. It consisted of a bunch of girls looking forward with purple glowing eyes, all of them wearing Lil Uzi Shirts.
He then proceeded to drop a song titled “Uzi The Earthling! (TV Show Theme)” which was a theme song for a show, but it wasn’t Uzi singing instead it was a woman talking and describing Uzi’s story.
After, he teased the tracklist for the album on his story. He wrote out the tracklist on a piece of paper consisting of 15 songs but covered the title names with his chain and watch, but he left one song uncovered which was titled “CHILL EBRO.” Ebro was a radio talk show host that had Uzi on his program 8 years ago where he made comment hinting at the downfall of Uzi and how he would be popular only for a little bit and then fall off like most young rappers. To which Uzi said no and that he would be a full-on rockstar. Uzi likely posted this because Ebro recently said Uzi hasn’t become the rockstar he said he would.
Uzi proceeded to continue his rollout with an EA2 trailer showing Uzi coming from a UFO out of a keyhole portal. He is then transported in some futuristic capsule where he is laid out asleep with a contraption on his head, we can then see someone controlling the contraption on his head they say begin memory extraction as they twist a knob harder and harder when then suddenly Uzi wakes up with a full outfit in a white room.
The final teaser so far is a video that looks like an opening for a show where we can see Uzi in full outfit in the white room just being himself, dancing and smiling while the theme song “Uzi The Earthling! (TV Show Theme)” plays in the back. The camera then pans out and we can see the music fading as people are watching Uzi on the cameras.
