Last Thursday, over 30 students were inducted into National Honor Society.
The ceremony consisted of a candle lighting, and the inductees repeated the NHS pledge.
Parents and friends of the new members were invited to watch the ceremony.
Mrs. Robinson and Mrs. Finn were one of the few guest speakers present. Both of them talked about the accomplishments of the inductees, and how their hard work paid off.
Those who were inducted met all requirements, which include a 3.75 HPA, teacher recommendations, and an application.
Those in NHS try to help the community through volunteer service. NHS helps out at events like the Buddy Walk and Open House.
