Finding Nemo is a movie about Marlin, an overprotective and careful father who lost his wife and their eggs, except one that survived and was named Nemo. When Nemo attends school he meets the other fish who try to convince him to go into the open ocean. However, Marlin becomes worried when he sees Nemo near the open ocean. Despite the warnings Marlin gives Nemo he still decides to swim into the sea and touch the boat. Because of this, Nemo gets captured by divers and is taken to a dentist’s fish tank. There, He becomes friends with the other fish including Gill who helps him make a plan to escape the tank.

While searching for the boat, Marlin meets Dory, a bluefish with short-term memory loss. They work together to find Nemo. They encounter many hardships, such as sharks, jellyfish, and a whale that swallows them whole.

The illustration of the ocean shows the vibrant colors of the underwater world and all the different kinds of sea creatures and coral reefs. Finding Nemo teaches the viewer about friendship, teamwork, and growth when Nemo overcomes the obstacles of his small fins.
