The Marching Chiefs had great success this Saturday at the Boca Raton Cavalcade of Bands competition, winning first place in their division. This was the first year that the Marching Chiefs participated in this competition in which schools from across the district participated.

The Marching Chiefs won best in music, percussion, and visual for their performances based on this year’s show, Obsidian Sketches. Some movements the crowd may recognize are “Pump It” by the Black Eyed Peas and “Paint it Black” by the Rolling Stones.
