Literacy Week was created to raise awareness of the importance and opportunities of reading. Another important part of the week is to encourage students, families, and teachers to make it an essential part of their daily lives.
Today’s lunchtime activities included: student trivia about books, giant connect four and Jenga, cornhole, and most importantly, a section where students can look through books and bring them home. It was a huge hit. Many of our student bodies were ecstatic to get the chance to look through these amazing works of art.
