The 2013-2014 softball season is here. Girls tried out on Wednesday and Thursday of last week, and were shown no mercy from the rain.

Head varsity coach and sophomore Biology teacher, Mrs. Conklin, has high expectations for the upcoming season.

“For the upcoming softball season, I’m looking to take back our district title that we almost had last year; we were district runner up,” said Conklin.“This year we have a good shot at making districts. We’er going to start off with a fresh, new team with a lot of  trust and reliability on each other and we’re going to work hard to get to districts.”
