“I have been playing tennis since I was 11 years old. I’ve been playing tennis for over five years now. Few people realize the mental aspect of tennis, so the player I try to match is Serena Williams. Williams has an ability to win by not only her physical play, but also her mental aspect as a player. I fell in love with tennis when I first saw it on a billboard. My parents kept bugging me to play a sport, so I tried tennis and fell in love with it ever since. My favorite memory so far is coming back from the Atlantic match and the whole team sang songs together even though we lost badly. I hope to continue to play tennis, especially on the college level.”
