Parents flooded the school last night for the chance to meet student’s teachers and see what clubs are offered on campus.
Tables were set up around the courtyard and parents had the chance to visit tables and see what clubs their children are participating in. A table was also set up for parents to buy a yearbook before prices start to increase.
Each class period had a five minute transition time and NHS members were stationed around school to help guide parents that didn’t know where they were going. After the transition time teachers had 15 minutes to give a brief summary of their class and the expectations for the year.
Principal Robinson went into various classrooms to see the proceedings and greet parents as they experienced what their children usually do.
Despite the rain the student parking lot was filled, showing that many people participated in this year’s Open House.
