I'm Skylar Cross and I'm a senior, here at Santaluces, enrolled in the Visual Arts Academy. This is my third year in newspaper as a Photo Editor. I'm a very positive and optimistic person who laughs a little too much. I'm on the Varsity Tennis team and have been playing for three years. I’m absolutely obsessed with movies, especially of the horror genre. I have a passion for film and aspire to one day be a director. Oh, and I drink a little too much coffee (if there's such a thing as "too much coffee").

My name is Karen Garcia and I am a senior. I enjoy writing short stories and crying over amazing movies, especially A Walk to Remember. I am a big fan of reading, my favorite book is The Last Lecture by Randy Pausch. In my spare time, I can be found walking my two Shih Tzus and watching reruns of The 100 on Netflix. My current goal is to major in journalism and to one day publish my own book.
Angelina Garcia, Co-Editor
Hey, I'm Angelina and this is my third year writing for The Tribe. This year I'm co-editor and looking forward to an even better newspaper than past years. I'm in the Visual Tech Academy here at Santaluces, and this year I'm a senior. Beyond school, I spend my free time either glued to YouTube or volunteering at Peggy Adams Animal Rescue League, where I write about the dogs in hopes to help them appeal to adopters. As far as what I watch on YouTube goes, it's usually a compilation of random videos or let's plays of video games. I'm also a big listener of music, tending to stick to anything on the rock spectrum of things. After attending Warped Tour 2015, I'm already looking forward to next year's.
