After four years of hard work and dedication, Senior Brayden Steves, number 9 on the Varsity Baseball team, signed a scholarship with the University of Health Sciences and Pharmacy in St. Louis, Missouri. From what’s been said about Brayden by his teachers and classmates, this scholarship was well deserved.
“Brayden is a very hardworking student, always does his work diligently,” one of his teachers says. “I never really have to remind him about anything; he’s always on top of it while juggling being a very good baseball player, which is very impressive in my mind.”
Brayden juggled schoolwork and a high school sport amazingly, ensuring he makes it to this very important milestone in his life. “I think he’s going to do amazing things in St. Louis.”
We believe this here at Santaluces, as well.
“I’m just happy,” Steves says. “That’s the word you could use. Happy.”
He plans on studying Exercise Physiology.
