The 2016 South Florida Fair is a once a year event. Every year, the fair becomes more popular as many Palm Beach citizens, young and old, attend to this spectacular event that is fun for everyone.

Tickets are $8 for children six and up, $9 for senior citizens 6o and up, and $15 for adults 12 and up. Ride wristbands Monday through Friday are $25, while Saturday through Sunday they are $35.

Many supporters of the fair go every year, like senior Evelyn Valle.

“I go to the fair every year, because of the funnel cakes and the food,” said Valle. “The food is almost rare, you can never find that type of food around Boynton. And also I like the rides, the rides are really fun.”

With supporters of the fair come those that oppose going to the fair, like Freshman Adam Garcia.

“I don’t go to the fair, because of last years events with guns and some people bringing guns to the fair,” said Garcia. “I don’t want to put myself in danger, because you never know what can happen.”

The fair has plenty of rides that many children and adults will enjoy. Also, ferris wheels, fried Oreos and friends; they serve as a fun event to attend with friends and family.

The fair will be going on for 17 days, from January 15th to the 31st.
