Are you interested in contributing to our award-winning newspaper, The Tribe? Try out Newspaper Club! The first meeting is this Friday,  September 25th. The meeting starts at 2:45 and ends at 3:30.

Club members can write stories, take pictures, or make videos. Have a particular interest? Write about it! Club members can also collaborate with staff writers on different stories or projects.

Everything is fully virtual, and meetings will take place on Google Meet so we can minimize any health risks.

Hi! My name is Azwad Ahmed, but everyone knows me as Azzy, and I’m a senior here at Santaluces. This is my first year writing for The Tribe. I am currently an officer for the Science National Honors Society.  I love volunteering at my local mosque. My interests include music, entertainment, and sports. I love all kinds of music and look forward to sharing my love for music with others. I also love sharing stories and opinions.  I am looking forward to sharing stories and more with the community of Santaluces!

Hi there! My name is Kylee and I am a senior this year. This is my first year working for The Tribe and I'm super excited to be able to help capture the amazing things that go on at Santaluces! I am one of the captains of the Color Guard and the historian for the Marching Chiefs. Outside of school, I love dancing, exercising, hanging out with my friends, and doing random creative activities.
