Inside College Football bowl Games

Matthew Leto, Sports Editor

The college football playoff committee has spoken and Alabama, Clemson, Ohio State and Washington are the four finalists for the 2016-2017 national championship.

Alabama is the current reigning champion and will look to win back to back titles for the second time under head coach Nick Saban.

Clemson was last year’s national championship runner-up and will look to win their first title since 1981.

Ohio State last won the national championship in 2014, and will look to win their second title under Urban Meyer.

Washington is considered the new kid on the block, because they have not competed for national glory since their 1991 championship.
