During this game #1, Fiorela Narvaez, played a key role in the teams defense. On the opposite side Ashleigh Russel-Digilio was a crucial part of the teams offense. They played 3 sets each and won 25-6. Out of the 25 points Freshman #9, Alyssa Jennings, scored 15 points in a row.

Hi I'm Jordan Foldy. I am now a senior. My friends like to call me Jordy. I have been on the varsity softball team for the past three years and hope to be on the team again as a captain. I am obsessed with going to the beach, and have had a deep love for turtles since the third grade. I am an officer in National English Honor Society and a member in all the honor societies and have been a Key Club member since my sophomore year. I am very excited to be in newspaper and enjoy my senior year. I plan to go to a four-year university and then transfer to law school to become a defense lawyer.
Karen Portillo, Staff Writer
Hi, my name is Karen Portillo. I'm a senior. This is my first year partaking in the newspaper team and I'm so excited to see what the year has ahead of us. This year I want to capture the beauty of our school and the student body. I love taking pictures and capturing the natural side of people. Beyond school, I love volunteering in my community and hanging out with my family. I am proud of my Latin roots and hope to show the diversity of this school and its importance. After high school, I hope to attend the University of Florida and major in biology. My dream is to become an Ob-gyn and offer my help to those in need in different countries.
