The Miami Dolphins were a well-beloved team this season due to their great success for most, But after their loss in week 17, they haven’t been looking too good.

The Dolphins lost that game 56-19, which would be considered a blowout to some people. Although they scored the first touchdown by their wide receiver Cedrick Wilson Jr, until the 4th quarter they only managed to make two field goals. Bradley Chubb sadly ended up tearing his ACL which caused him to be ruled out for the season. The Ravens continued to dominate the field with Lamar Jackson throwing for 321 yards and 5 touchdowns.

Going to the next game against the Buffalo Bills, they ended up losing 21-14, which made people doubt if they would make it out of the playoffs. Both teams were scoreless until 8 minutes left in the 2nd quarter. Running back De’Von Achane ran 25 yards into the endzone to score the first points of the game. Even though Tyreek Hill scored before the end of the second quarter it wouldn’t be enough to secure their win. After another scoreless quarter, the Bills scored two touchdowns to secure their win.

Coming to their first and last game of the playoffs they lost to the Kansas City Chiefs 26 – 7. Due to the freezing temperatures, it put the Florida team at a major disadvantage. Besides their touchdown in their 2nd quarter by Tyreek Hill they ended up scoreless the rest of the game. The Chiefs scored 2 touchdowns and 4 field goals and Quarterback Patrick Mahomes threw for a total of 262 yards.

Although the Dolphins won’t be making it to the Super Bowl they have achieved many things throughout this season such as their Wide Receiver Tyreek Hill becoming the Offensive Player of the Year. They will continue to work hard through the off-season and come back ready to fight in the next season to come.
