SGA stands for Student Government Association. The SGA class is a group of leaders that encourages school spirit and generally wants to improve the school.
Student Government plan school events like pep rallies and school dances. They sell school shirts for $10 and hoodies for $20 during lunch.
Student Government now has a website that contains info about the SGA executive board, student councils, school events, homecoming, and governing documents.
SGA now has a constitution that states: every student on campus is automatically a member of student government.
“The executive board will hold monthly meetings for student council,” said Mr. Kalina, the SGA advisor. “[It] focuses on advocating for students and providing the best events on campus.”
