This year’s St. Patrick’s Day falls on Thursday, March 17th. This does not mean that you can’t have fun on the Irish holiday. Here are a few local places where the streets will be flooded with green and Irish pride will be strong.
- Boynton Beach Blarney Bash- This will be the 2nd Annual event hosted by the city of Boynton Beach. Enjoy St. Patrick Day on Friday, March 11th on Ocean Avenue, the actual event will be held between 1st Street and Seacrest Blvd. There will be live music, food, and family-friendly activities at the Boynton Beach Blarney Bash. There will a Irish Dancing performance at 8 pm and then a “Wearing of the Green” contest.

- Irish Fest 2016-Hosted by the Irish Cultural Institute since 1987, Irish Fest on Flager has been a staple of West Palm Beach and the Irish-American community. The two-day event will celebrate Gaelic, Celtic, and and everything Irish. This will be a family-friendly event with all sorts of activities for any age group. One highlight of the event is the Irish Marketplace featuring Irish craft and goods. The two day event will start Saturday March 12th, 2016 at 12:00 pm till 11:00 pm and end on Sunday March 13th, 2016 from 12:00 pm till 8:00 pm.
