Thanksgiving is the time for everyone to express what they are thankful for. Family, friends, and health are the most common things people are grateful for having in their lives. At the Tribe, we decided to share what we are all thankful for.
Stephanie Ballesteros: I am so thankful for everybody who is currently in my life. I’m really happy with my friend circle. I’m very thankful for the experiences I’ve had to go through, because I’ve met amazing people along the way. Of course I am immensely thankful for having my family by my side.
Faith Beaubrun: I am thankful for my mother. No matter how much we may butt heads or how much she may annoy me, its all because she cares. I am thankful for her loud and over the top personality that is a stark contrast to mine and her ability to be forgiving. I am thankful that I have a mom that would do anything for me and always goes the extra mile so I can be the best I can be.
Ethan Mansdorf: I am thankful for many things, my life, my happiness, my health. I am thankful for my ability to work and contribute to my family. I am thankful for the amazing people I have in my life that keep me going and striving for more and more every day. I am thankful for the experiences I’ve had this year and the memories that I will now carry with me. But most of all I am thankful for my family, and the love, support, structure and changes they bring each and everyday.
Jordan Cruz: I am thankful for the wonderful, loving, and encouraging family that I have. My parents work hard to give me the opportunities that they could only have imagined when they were younger. I am thankful for their sacrifices and selflessness of my parents. I don’t always show my appreciation but it means more to me than they will ever know, I’m eternally grateful for them.
Isabella Young: I am most thankful for my parents. They’re the most loving, caring, supportive people I have ever met. I truly believe they’re are amazing people and I’m not exaggerating. I got extremely lucky and blessed to have them in my life. Plus they make good food.
Emma Koons: I am thankful for my job, my education, my health, but most of all the people I love. With the support from my family, friends, and teachers I am pushed to be the best person I can be. I am lucky to have these people in my life.
Nicolas Lopez: I am thankful for the wonderful, loving, and encouraging family that I have. My parents work hard to give me the opportunities that they could only have imagined when they were younger. I am thankful for the sacrifices and selflessness of my parents. I don’t always show my appreciation but it means more to me than they will ever know, I’m eternally grateful for them.
Duane Wicker: I am thankful for many things in life. I am thankful for all the opportunities I have like being able to get a free education because simple things like that aren’t available people in other countries around the world. Also being able to wake up with food, clean running water and electricity everyday which are things that people even in our country don’t have.
Zion Frost: Mainly, I am thankful for my family, an opportunity to have an education, a roof over my head and food on the table.
Jordan Foldy: I am thankful for my loving family who cares deeply for me. I am very thankful that the people in my family are heathy and still living. I am happy to have close friends that I can tell anything to. I’m thankful that I am able to play my favorite sport softball and I get to play with all my friends. I very lucky to have such a fulfilling life.
Tiffany Stavrakas: There are many things that I’m thankful for. I’m thankful that I have a loving family and a lot of loving friends. Although, I think that the one thing I’m most thankful for is being able to get an education. Not a lot of people get the opportunity to learn and so many people take it for granted.
Brittany Travis: I’m thankful for how my family maintains such strong bonds, even though my sisters are both living away from home right now, they make it habit to text in out group chat about what is going on in their lives.
Neiko Megrichian: I am thankful for my experiences. I have created many zealous memories from way off of the beaten path which are irreplaceable. I am thankful that those experiences were able to humble me, and give me new perspectives about life and the simplicity of how it should be lived.
