Hi, my name is Haley and I am a senior this year at Santaluces. This is my first year on The Tribe and I'm excited to share my ideas with the school. I've been on the varsity swim team for four years and the varsity wrestling team for three years. This past year I came in 3rd place at the Florida Girls States for wrestling at the 106 lb weight class. It was my first time competing at Girls States and I was shocked to see how many girls were actually competing in the tournament. I can't wait to see what this upcoming wrestling season has in stored for me and hope to be able to return to the Florida Girls States to grab the 1st place title. When I'm not at practice, I usually spend my time going to the beach and going on adventures with my friends. I love the ocean and marine life, which is why I'm excited to further my education at a university to study marine biology.

Hello! My name is Matthew and I am 17 years old and a Senior. This is my second year in Newspaper and I really love it. I am really into sports and most of my stories will be sports related. I hope to cover many sports stories and take spectacular photos through the school year.
