First dates are supposed to be personal. In my opinion, first dates are for getting to know the person more and being able to get that first impression. So a good first date needs to be a place where you can have conversations, relax, and have fun.

Restaurant – Less fancy restaurants such as Panera Bread, Chili’s, and Chipotle are perfect first dates because it’s a more laid back, comfortable setting. Instead of just going to the movies you can actually speak to the person face to face and get to know them more.

Beach – The beach is another good idea because there are many activities you can participate in. You could bring a frisbee or a ball and play catch. You can bring food and a towel to have a little picnic. And you could just simply swim in the water.

Attractions – Attractions such as the Rapids or Skyzone/Planet Air are a good first date for teenagers because they loosen people up. Jumping up and down, going down slides, and jumping in ball pits allow the two of you to have lots of fun and to get out of your comfort zone.

As a teenager your first date shouldn’t be at an extremely fancy restaurant, or at a movie theatre. It should be at a place more laid back, and fun for the both of you.
