Sunfest is rapidly approaching. This festival is a big deal every year. Famous artists from all different genres come to this fest in the 4 days that it’s open.

This year it takes place on May 3-6 (Thursday-Sunday) . Every year this event has taken place on a weekend before an exam. This time it takes place on the weekend before the AP Psychology exam.

People usually go for the full day events on Saturday and Sunday. This is an event that people from various different ages attend. It’s more of a family friendly event during the day, and more of a “rave” setting at night.

This years line up has been long waited for and is finally up. Some of the more well known artists that are going this year is Logic, Olivia O’Brien, Zedd, Rae Sremmurd, Nick Jonas, DNCE, Partynextdoor, and Pitbull. This years line up isn’t as good as the ones from previous years. Other fests that are similar to these such as Okeechobee fest, and Rolling Loud take away from the performers that could be at SunFest.

Currently a 4-day pass ticket is $81, a 2-day pass is $65, and a one day pass is $43 for adults 13 and up. The prices for these tickets goes up after March 28th.

Sunfest has more to offer than just live performances. They have an outside art exhibit, and many different tent that have cool things. Some of the tents sell handmade jewelry, pottery, glass items (bowls, plates, plant aquariums).

This event can be enjoyed by all ages. Even if people don’t want to be there for the performances there are many other things to do. You could spend hours going through the tents. This is a good place just to go hang out with your friends and have a good time.
