Friday night I had the chance to watch Santaluces face their rivals, the tigers, and let me tell you, the game was nothing short of a dog fight with both teams going up and down the field. No one was able to score, and this stalemate lasted for the first three quarters. The Santaluces kicker, Cristian Clavijo, made a field goal changing the score from 0-0 to 3-0. Boynton answered back with a touchdown, making the score 7-3. Just as we believed all hope was gone, Kelsey Gerald Gerald, our junior running back, scored a touchdown making the score 9-7, closing out the game with a Chiefs win.
