This past Monday night, the boys soccer team dropped the game against Lake Worth 2-3. Ronis Velasquez and Daniel Edwards each scored a goal. The Chiefs drop to 0-1, but the Chiefs will likely rebound.
In the first half, the Chiefs led 2-0, but surrendered two goals late making it 2-2 at the half. Then in the second half, the Chiefs played great defensively, but could not stop the Trojan’s high powered offense, losing 2-3.
Rich Zephirin weighed in on the game.
“We played great on both sides” Zephirin said. “we just came up short.”
The Chief’s will look to rebound, November 9th, against Palm Beach Central.
