“My first day here at Santaluces was a really good day. People were actually nice! I came from a really bad school in New Jersey where people were mean and the learning conditions were even worse, but when I came to Santaluces, I was welcomed by smiling faces. I made friends really quickly it felt so good to actually be in a nice and friendly environment. All of my new friends are really funny there is never a dull moment with them. Sometimes we all go after school and help out teachers for community service hours, something I’d never be able to do in New Jersey. All in all, I really like it here at Santaluces.”
