The varsity football team was back at it again on Friday night in the snake pit against the eternal rival, Park Vista High School. The Chiefs football team came into the game with a record of 0-8 and were looking to upset the district champions who came into the game at 8-0.

In the first quarter, Park Vista came out with a roaring start, scoring on a pick 6 and bringing touchdown runs to the house to score 27 points in the quarter. The Chiefs showed that they were here to play after responding with a touchdown on the next drive, but they could not buckle down for the rest of the game.

In the second quarter, Park Vista continued on the offensive, scoring 12 points off a touchdown, a field goal, and a safety to put the score at 39-7 going into the half.
