Senior year, your final year, and the most important year of your high school career. It’s your last moments as a teenager before you enter adulthood: you’ll make memories that you’ll never relive and decisions that you can’t change. While your phone can store a lot, I know it can’t hold everything. So, I’ve made this senior box, which will store even the tiniest memories you collect through your senior year.
Supplies:
- Acrylic paint
- Paint palette
- Paint brushes
- Shoebox
- Glitter (of your choice)
- 4 Faux flowers
- Number stickers
- Hot glue gun
- Hot glue sticks
- 6 Butterfly stickers
- Faux fur
- Scissors
- Plain, white copy paper
- Black ribbon
- Rhinestone wrap

3. Apply 2-4 coats of paint onto the outside of the box.
4. Glue the fur around the box’s lid.
5. Bedazzle the flowers by applying paint to the tip of your paintbrush and then drizzle it over the flowers.
6. Sprinkle glitter on the flowers.
7. Glue the flowers onto the box’s lid.
8. Bedazzle the butterfly stickers by applying paint to the tip of your paintbrush and drizzling it over the butterflies.
9. Sprinkle glitter on the butterfly stickers.
10. Glue the butterfly stickers onto the box’s lid.
11. Dip the tip of your paintbrush into the paint and drizzle it over the number stickers to create an icing-like effect.
12. Sprinkle glitter on the number stickers.
13. Glue the number stickers in the center of the box.
14. Paint the inside of the box.
15. Add glitter to the inside of the box.
16. Glue two of the butterflies to the inner top base of the box.
17. Cut and fold a piece of copy paper to create a mini diploma.
18. Glue your rhinestone wrap down to the edges of the inside of the box.
19. Tape the sides of the mini diploma.
20. Glue the mini diploma below the butterflies on the inner top base of the box.
21. Fill up your memory box with anything that represents your senior year, this can include any items or apparel that may hold good memories.
Make sure to have a great year and create lifelong memories to look back on!
