Recently, we interviewed Kai Williamson a professional soccer player at Inter Miami CF and a student here at Santaluces.
What age did you start playing soccer?
He answered that he has been playing soccer since he was 2 years old.
What is your favorite part about your sport?
He told us that his favorite part about soccer is the enjoyment he gets from it as well as the incentives that come with it.
What is the most challenging aspect of your sport?
He felt like the most challenging aspect of soccer is the work that he has to put in to it everyday, although you may be unmotivated to compete some days you always have to work harder than everybody else.
What is the biggest lesson you’ve learned throughout your life?
His biggest lesson is that he has learned throughout his life is to always trust God and to always follow his path, never putting faith into another human.
What are your hobbies outside of sports?
His other hobbies include playing basketball and listening to music, especially from his favorite artist, Lil Baby.
What do you see yourself accomplishing in five to 10 years?
He sees himself accomplishing a professional contract with the first team at Inter Miami, winning the Ballon d’or, playing for one of the best teams in Europe in five to 10 years, and possibly making a great impact on the future of soccer.
