“One of the best memories during my high school career at Santaluces definitely has to be the Art Show. I participated in it last year, and it was a stressful time. We spent time decorating our own displays and getting prepared for the show. All of the AICE and AP Photo kids got to showcase their projects that we worked hard on throughout the year. On top of that, all the money raised went straight to the school. It was a cool experience having friends and family all going to see our work. It’s definitely something that I’m looking forward to doing again this year.”

Hello! My name is Olivia and I'm a senior here at Santaluces. This is my first year in newspaper, and I'm the Managing Editor here on the Tribe, as well as the Opinion Editor. Some of my passions include sleeping, Tumblr, and crying over Grey's Anatomy. I'm a sarcastic feminist who loves helping those around me and I hope to one day make a difference in people's lives. Although I haven't set my goal on a university quite yet, I hope to major in psychology and minor in sociology in hopes of one day becoming a counseling psychologist. On top of this, I hope to somehow incorporate writing and journalism into my life as I love to express my opinions and thoughts about the world around me.
