Hello, my name is Melanie and this is my first year joining the tribe! I was always interested in joining the tribe and I’m glad that I finally have the opportunity to do so. I have always been interested in learning about new and occurring events. I have attended Santaluces these past 4 years and have joined numerous clubs including Key Club, National Art Honors Society, National English Honors Society, Education rocks, and more. I have also joined many sports including swim, volleyball, and and softball. Being part of all these clubs and activities throughout my years of high school has allowed me to grow closer friends and even make new ones! Once I graduate, I plan on moving out of the town to go to either Florida International University or the University of Central Florida to major in biology. Hopefully, I will be able to further my education and graduate with my doctorate. I’m very excited to see what the future holds for the rest of this school year, as well as my career choice!
