Halloween is the Most Wonderful Time of the Year

Halloween fills the tiles at Walgreens

It’s finally October, and Halloween decorations have been out since August. Every store has already stocked up on everything spooky. As soon as you step foot into Target all you see are animatronic witches, plastic skeletons, and multicolor candies filling the isles. I personally have been to halloween stores three times since the month started. Halloween is my favorite holiday by far; I just love all things scary.

A couple years ago I got the opportunity to volunteer at Fright Nights at the South Florida Fair. I got the chance to walk through all of the haunted houses and choose which house I wanted to stay in. I ended up choosing a house called Vile. It was so much fun getting to dress up and scare people. There were a few times that I had to stop myself from laughing after I scared people.

This Halloween I’m hoping to do something fun and exciting. A few of my friends might want to go to Halloween Horror Nights in Orlando. I personally find Halloween Horror nights incredibly scary even for my standards. The last time I went I was scared out of my mind. If my friends do end up going I’ll probably go too just for the experience.
